Exploration, extraction, production, and preparation of various metallic and non-metallic mineral materials and ores, as well as other products derived from the processing of raw and semi-processed minerals; exploitation of mines (excluding oil and gas) both inside and outside the country; mineral processing; provision of technical, engineering, and consulting services related to the exploration, extraction, and exploitation of mines (excluding oil and gas), as well as mining equipment and machinery; investment in mining and mineral industries in cooperation with domestic and international companies; purchase, sale, import, and export of all legally authorized commercial goods, minerals, and mineral products; participation in all governmental and private tenders and auctions; entering into contracts with all natural and legal persons; obtaining and granting domestic and international representation; and receiving local and foreign currency facilities from all banks and financial or credit institutions, if necessary, and upon obtaining the required permits from relevant authorities.
